2. Usage Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive appropriate usage rights for commissioned audio content as specified in the project agreement. Rights vary based on the service package selected.

3. Project Process

Our workflow includes:

Initial consultation and project requirements discussion
Proposal and quote approval
Audio content creation and development
Review and revision process (as per agreement)

4. Payment Terms

SELMILL MUSIC is committed to client satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the creative work invested in each project.

2. Deposit Refunds

Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before any work begins, deposits may be refunded minus a 15% administrative fee.

3. Service-Specific Refund Terms

Original Music Creation & Audio Content Production

No refunds after initial concepts are delivered
Revisions are included as per project agreement
If project requirements change significantly, new terms will be negotiated

Sound Design Elements & Background Music Tracks

Refunds available if deliverables don't match agreed specifications
Must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Requires detailed explanation of discrepancies

Podcast & Media Audio Assets

Refunds considered if technical quality standards are not met
Must be reported within 5 business days of delivery
We will first attempt to correct any issues before issuing refunds

4. Refund Request Process
